Shipping - USA

All USA orders are dispatched using a reliable courier service for delivery in 3-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, complete with tracking details for easy monitoring.

Next-Day Delivery is available on in-stock items for orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Thursday).

Shipping - International

We offer worldwide shipping for our beauty and personal care products. Orders will be shipped using Courier Express, which typically takes up to 4 business days, or Standard Delivery, which takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with tracking details.

Customs and Import Duties: You will have the option to prepay any applicable customs or import duties during checkout. If you choose not to prepay, any additional charges will be the responsibility of the recipient and may vary based on the destination country. Please note that customs duties can also impact delivery times and may be out of our control.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your beauty or personal care items, you can return them for a refund or exchange.

Returns Within the USA

If you are based in the USA, simply fill out the return form included in your order and use the prepaid return label inside your package to send back your items. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it.

International Returns

For returns from outside the USA, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer. You can use your own courier service or request a return label from us (the return label cost will be deducted from your refund). To request a return label, please contact our customer service team.

Return Requirements: All items must be returned in unused, unopened condition with all labels intact within 90 days of receipt. Products that have been opened or used, except for trying on, may not be eligible for returns.

Refund Processing: Please note that refunds may take between 10-21 business days to be processed and reflected in your account.
