Why can't your nails dry? Look here!!
If using Gel Polish. You must use a "TOP OFF" clear coat after your color to seal the color and some of these Clear Coats have a sticky film when they dry but all you do is take a cotton ball of alcohol and wipe them off really good and that's it.

The lamp can't be charged and keeps beeping, the display prompt an OU code? What should I do?
It is due to the machine's self-protection mechanism. This can occur when a non-original charger is used. The screen might display "OU" and the machine will beep to indicate that you should use the original charger that came with the package.
